The cost of recruitment of senior team members can be high, but the cost of replacement can be significantly over the annual package of the leaver. Typically, 40% of the replacement cost is direct financial cost, but 60% of the cost is in lost productivity, missed project and individual targets, low employee morale along with the need to retrain and acquire tribal knowledge.
The post-arrival service is between 3 - 4% of the annual package including initial accommodation costs.
