We can help understand their expectations for living and working in Saudi Arabia. We can help with finding accommodation, making all their travel arrangements and meeting and greeting on arrival. We can also provide assistant during their first two weeks to complete all their government papers, obtain a SIM card, complete all necessary paperwork and schedule an appointment for a driving licence.

This depends on the number of candidates for whom you wish us to provide the service and whether you want the complete package or only some elements. Our aim is to de-risk the process and ensure the candidate stays on your project for a long duration.

Our Tier 1 service is for clients hiring high-value expatriates in Saudi Arabia. This is typically Senior Professionals, Non-Execs and Board Members. We can provide a service for lower grade employees but this would be dependent upon a minimum of 20 candidates per year.

For the pre-arrival service, there is a 40% cost on contract and the rest is spread over the first 12 months from the moment of engagement with the candidate. Disbursements will be charged as incurred. For the post-arrival service, 50% is due 2 weeks prior to arrival and the balance 1 month after arrival in Saudi Arabia. The three month concierge fee is paid on arrival of the candidate in Kingdom.

For the pre-arrival and post-arrival services you may opt out of any part of the service, for example if you have your own visa team. However, we believe the main benefit is in having one team deliver all the elements and co-ordinate the process.

STB does not directly offer a recruitment service. However, we have recruitment partners to whom we can refer you if you wish to improve the recruitment process.

Yes we do and these are charged as disbursements. You may opt out of these if you wish.

Yes, we do for flights, accommodation on arrival, airport pick-ups and driver service in Saudi Arabia. We can also provide rental car options.
