Pre- Arrival Service
During pre-arrival, we will maintain weekly contact with your candidate and be available 24/7 to answer any queries and questions. If the candidate does not understand something in the process, we will explain it and ensure they know what is happening.
We will discuss their living requirements in the Kingdom and share suggested accommodation ideas. We will also arrange viewings on arrival.
Throughout this process, you will have clear visibility of where the candidate is in the process and an estimated travel ready date.

It is not what you pay, it is what you save
The cost of recruitment of senior team members can be high, but the cost of replacement can be significantly over the annual package of the leaver. Typically, 40% of the replacement cost is direct financial cost, but 60% of the cost is in lost productivity, missed project and individual targets, low employee morale along with the need to retrain and acquire tribal knowledge.
For the pre-arrival service STB charges just 8% of the full year package of the new employee, plus disbursements for travel and visas.
